CALDWELL, Idaho — For the second time in 16 days, the College of Idaho beat Montana Tech in nail-biting men’s basketball team.
On Saturday night, the No. 18 Yotes (7-2) slipped past the Orediggers 69-68 in a non-conference game at the J.A. Albertson Center. (Stats)
Ivory Miles-Williams came off the bench to score 15 points to lead four Yotes in double figures in the win. Great Falls freshman Drew Wyman tossed in 13 points. He was joined by Tyler Robinett and Johnny Radford.
Taylor England’s 20 points and eight rebounds led the Orediggers (7-3), who saw their four-game winning streak come to an end.
Sindou Diallo added 13 points for the Orediggers. Caleb Bellach and Keeley Bake each scored 11. Tech also got five points from Derrius Collins and Bridger Larson and three from Camdyn LaRance.
Tech opens Frontier Conference play at home Thursday against Montana Western.
