HAMILTON — The Columbia Falls Wildkats will take a 22-1 record into the Class A State girls’ basketball tournament.
The Wildkats beat Browning 59-52 in Saturday night’s championship game on the Dale Berry Court. The win is the 12th straight for Columbia Falls. (Stats)
Josie WIndauer’s 16 points and 13 rebounds led the way for Columbia Falls, which won the Northwestern A District title last Saturday. Ryley Kehr scored 10 points and grabbed 12 boards, and Hannah Schweikert scored 10 points.
Dulci Skunkcap poured in 23 points to lead Browning (17-6) Taylor Jordon scored 16 points and grabbed 14 rebounds.
