Osborne’s daughter Tenley broke the fifth-grade girls’ long jump record with a leap of 7 feet, 8 inches for Hillcrest. The old record was set 42 years ago, by Tami Mathewson of Wise River at 7-7 in 1982. Mathewson went on to star for the University of Washington.
