The No. 13-ranked Lewis-Clark State men’s basketball team outscored Montana Tech 37-21 in the second half Saturday night, and the Warriors knocked off the Orediggers 77-63 in a Frontier Conference game at the HPER Complex. (Stats)
The win was the sixth straight for the Warriors (11-5, 22-6), who saw three players score in double figures.
Race Martin came off the bench to score 19 points to lead the way. Demek Mitchell added 13 points, while Cory Dallarhide tallied 11. Lewis-Clark Staet also got nine points and seven rebounds from Derrick White.
Taylor England paced the Orediggers with 16 points and eight rebounds. Troy Owens Jr. added 11 points for Tech, which saw 11 players score at least one point. Christian Jones and Nick Fitts each scord five points, while Dylan Pannabecker, Blake Dittman and Drew Huse scored four apiece.
Tech (5-11, 15-13) is back in action Thursday when the Orediggers play host to Carroll College.
