Tuesday’s Hot Ticket: Softball, tennis, baseball

Great Falls High at Butte High (DH), 3 p.m.

The Bulldogs will celebrate Senior Day as they close out the regular season against the Bison at Stodden Park.

The Bison come to town with a 16-0 record. Great Falls is 10-0 in Eastern AA play. Butte High is 14-5 and 8-2, so the Bulldogs could win the regular-season title and secure a berth in the state tournament with a sweep.

Great Falls has outscored its opponents 103-15 on the season. Butte High holds a 68-25 runs margin over its opponents.

Butte High will honor seniors Emma Cox, Kennedi Ferriter, Madison Joseph, Jenna Maroney, Kaidy McClafferty, Katlyn O’Brien, Brianna Ossello, Brooke Raiha and their parents.

Prep tennis
Butte Central at Livingston, 3 p.m.

The Maroons hit the road for a nonconference dual with the Rangers.

Last time out, BC swept Stevensville Thursday in Butte. The Maroons close the regular season Thursday with a home match against Dillon.

Legion baseball
Butte Miners at Helena Senators, 7 p.m.

Fresh off playing five games in three days, the Miners hit the road for one nine-inning game against the Senators at Kindrick Legion Field.

The Miners are back at home Friday to take on Bozeman. They head to Glacier and Kalispell Saturday and Sunday.
