Bozeman at Butte High, 7 p.m.
If you missed the Bulldogs battle the Hawks during the 30th annual Mining City Duals Jim Street Classic Wrestling Tournament last month, you’re in luck.
You get a chance to see the two teams do battle Tuesday at the Richardson Gym. This time, you don’t want to miss it.
The Hawks edged the Bulldogs in a 31-30 thriller the first time around. The Bulldogs will be celebrating Senior Night.
The event is Butte High’s third and final home dual of the season. Butte High split with the Kalispell schools, beating Glacier and falling to Flathead, in their only other home duals on Dec. 1.
Bozemen is coming off winning the Tom LeProwse Invitational over the weekend. Butte High, which led the tournament after the first day, placed third.
Jeff Queer won the heavyweight title at the Bozeman tournament, while fellow Bulldog senior Gabe Tierney placed third at 120 pounds.
Wil Queer (103 pounds), Scout Allen (126), Carl Anderson (160), Kobe Moreno (170), Kameron Moreno (182) and Greyson Mandic (205) also placed for the Bulldogs at the LeProwse.
Bozeman didn’t have an individual champion at the tournament, but Brandon Cooper (182), Chance Mclane (145), Leif Shroeder (126), Sterling Quinn (120) and Tayt Rogers (103) placed second. Brock Rodrigues (138) took third.
The JV match between the two deep teams begins at 5:30.
