The Maroons (2-2, 1-1) will try to build on Saturday’s 61-40 win over Anaconda when they take on the Broncs in a Southwestern A tilt at the Maroon Activities Center. Actually, the Maroons will be trying to build on a 20-4 fourth quarter when the team clicked on all cylinders and blew the game open. Brady Tippett overcame foul trouble and scored 11 of his 17 points in that quarter. Kale Guldseth is coming off a career-high 24-point performance. The Broncs are 1-3 after Saturday’s 41-31 home loss to Polson. Reese Isherwood and Jesse Bartels scored 10 points to lead Hamilton in that loss.

It will be a battle of the unbeatens as the Maroons (4-0, 2-0) hit the road to take on the Broncs (4-0) in a Southwestern A game. The Maroons used a balanced attack in a rout of Anaconda Saturday at the MAC. Danee Leary scored 12 points to lead BC in the win. Hannah Stajcar scored nine, while Mariah Cooney scored eight and Danika Neumann tossed in seven. Hamilton is coming off an impressive 56-38 win at Polson on Saturday. Taylor Goligoski scored 30 points in the win. The 5-foot-8 sophomore guard scored 27 the night before in a 55-32 win over Corvallis.
