Butte High will try to avenge a home loss when they travel to Bozeman to take on the Hawks in an Eastern AA game. Bozeman beat Butte High 66-45 Feb. 4 in Butte. Caitlin Lonergan scored 23 points to lead the Hawks. Butte High is coming off Saturday’s blowout win over Billings Skyview. Senior Mariah Richardson sank seven 3-pointers and scored a career-high 25 points in that win. Sammy McGree scored 19. Junior McKaul Ori is coming off her best week of her career. She scored a total of 37 points, including a career-high 20 points in Friday’s loss to Billings Senior. Both teams are 8-10 overall and 3-7 in conference play heading into the final week of the season. They are tied with Skyview for fourth place. The fourth-place team will host a playoff game next week.
