A home playoff game will be on the line as the Orediggers (8-9, 14-14) close the regular season against the rival Saints (8-8, 18-10) at the HPER Complex.

No matter what, Tech and Carroll will meet in the first round of the Frontier Conference playoffs next week. Where that game is played depends on the outcome of tonight’s battle. The teams split the first two meetings of the season. Tech won 66-55 Jan. 12 in Butte. Carroll won 65-50 Feb. 2 in Helena.

The Orediggers will celebrate Senior Night, with seniors Hattie Thatcher, Martha Dembek, Callee Remsen, Rachel Farris and Kimi Heng playing their last regular-season home game on the Kelvin Sampson Court.

The nightcap will be the season finale for the Orediggers (1-16, 7-21), who will not qualify for the playoffs in the first year under head coach Adam Hiatt.

The first-place Saints (13-3, 23-5), the No. 8 team in the NAIA, are looking for the three-game season sweep of the Orediggers. Carroll won 74-67 Jan. 12 in Butte and 65-42 Feb. 2 in Helena.
