The Bulldogs (1-1) look to build on Saturday’s big win at Helena High when they head to Glacier for a Western AA tilt.
The Wolfpack is 0-2 after a 59-51 loss at Missoula Big Sky and a 61-52 loss at home to Missoula Sentinel. The Bulldogs are coming off Saturday’s 62-39 win at Helena High. Billy Kelly’s 16 points led the way for the Bulldogs. Jake Olson scored 13. Blake Drakos scored 18 to lead the Bulldogs in their season-opening loss to Helena Capital.
The last time Butte High played Glacier, the Bulldogs booked a trip to the Class AA State tournament March 7, 2020 in a loser-out game at the Western AA Divisional tournament.
Three Forks at Butte Central, 7:15 p.m.
Thursday’s non-conference tilt at the MAC includes a pair of teams looking for their first win of the season.
The Maroons are 0-1 after opening with a home loss to Dillon Saturday. Dougie Peoples scored 23 points to lead the Maroons in a 65-51 loss.
Like BC, the Wolves were hit hard by graduation. Three Forks, which would have played for third place at the Class B State tournament had the final day not been canceled by the coronavirus, is 0-4.

Butte Central at Three Forks, 6:30 p.m.
The Maroons look to got to 2-0 when they hit the road for the non-conference game.
BC opened the season with 43-35 win over Livingston at home last Thursday. Sofee Thatcher and Brooke Badovinac each scored 11 to lead the Maroons in the win. Delaney Hasquet tossed in 10. Three Forks is 1-2.
