Following is a rundown of local sports action on the docket for Thursday, Sept. 27.

Prep Volleyball
Butte High at Bozeman, 7 p.m.

Butte High will try to even its Eastern AA record at 3-3 Thursday when they hit the road to take on the Hawks. Butte High fell in three game in a non-conference match against Helena High on Tuesday.

Prep Soccer
Butte High at Great Falls High, girls 3:30 p.m., boys 5:30 p.m.

The Bulldogs will try to build on strong performances Saturday against Billings West when they take on the Bison in Great Falls. Butte High’s boys are 1-4-1, while the Bulldog (0-5-1) are looking for their first win. These teams met in Butte on Aug. 30. Great Falls got a 1-0 win in the boys’ match, while the girls’ teams battled to a 1-all tie.

College Volleyball
Montana Tech at MSU-Northern, 7 p.m.

The Orediggers will try to salvage a win on the week. Tech fell in four games at Great Falls Wednesday night.
