Ten Oredigger hockey players named Academic All-Americans

Ten members of the Montana Tech hockey team were named 2014-15 American collegiate Hockey Association D2Academic All-Americans, the school announced today.

To be selected, the student-athletes must be juniors or seniors in their field of study and have earned at least a 3.20 grade point average.

The Montana Tech student-athletes named were:

  • Blaine Bokenfohr, Petroleum Engineering, Senior
  • Alex Caravaggio, Petroleum Engineering, Senior
  • Kyle Ceretzke, Petroleum Engineering, Senior
  • Myles Martin, Petroleum Engineering, Senior
  • Brendan McCalpin, Petroleum Engineering, Senior
  • Sam Mitchell, Petroleum Engineering, Junior
  • Edward Schmalz, Petroleum Engineering, Junior
  • Conrad Smith, Petroleum Engineering, Senior
  • Justin Volpi, Petroleum Engineering, Junior
  • Kody Wickham, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Senior
