KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Montana Tech senior volleyball player Masha Korol is an All-American.
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2018 All-American Team today, and Korol received an honorable mention.
This mark’s Korol’s second appearance on the NAIA All-American Team. She took home a second-team nod last year. The 6-foot-2 outside hitter from Ukrainka, Ukraine, led the Frontier Conference in total kills this past season with 433. Korol averaged 3.6 kills per set with a .212 hitting percentage.
Montana Tech finished the season with a 17-15 overall record and 8-4 in Frontier action. The Orediggers placed six student-athletes on the All-Conference teams and two on the AVCA All-Region squads.
Montana Western senior libero Dylan Fowler, a Belgrade native, and Carroll College senior Brielle Bumgarner also received an honorable mention.
