ANACONDA — The Anaconda A’s won a pair of Southern A baseball games over the Butte Muckers Wednesday night at Washoe Park.

The A’s won an 11-10 thriller in nine innings to cap the sweep. Anaconda won the opener 10-0 in a game called after six innings by the 10-run rule.

The Muckers will travel to Missoula this weekend for the Memorial Tournament.

Brandon Bisch took one for the team in a big way.

Bisch was on the receiving end of a bases-loaded bean ball in the bottom of the ninth inning, scoring Luke Jensen for the walk-off win.

Jensen reached with a one-out double. Kyler Fink and Carson Meyer followed with walks before Bisch was plunked with two out.

Bubba Morris and Mitchell Monaco added doubles for the A’s in the win. Connor Sturm drove in three runs.

Starter Carson Meyer struck out nine and walked four in six and two thirds innings of work. Sean Gallagher pitched a clean inning in relief to pick up the win.

Kash Kelly smacked a pair of hits and drove in four runs, while Liam Sommer singled and drove in three for the Muckers.

Gabe LeProwse added a pair of hits in the loss. Ryan Schultz, Bryson Henningsen, Dylan Sestrich, Conner Miranda and Coyt Stajcar each hit a single.

Meyer and Bisch each drove in a pair of runs, while Gallagher and Sturm each drove in one.
