Sullivan commits to Bobcats

Connor Sullivan didn’t waste any time.

The junior at Ennis High School committed to play football at Montana State University, according to Colter Nuanez of bobcatnation.com.

Sullivan, a star on the football field and basketball court for the Mustangs, will play receiver for the Bobcats.

He will sign on national signing day next February.

Sullivan is the son of Butte native John Sullivan, who helped lead Butte Central to the 1984 Class A State basketball title before enjoying a strong hoops career at Western Montana College (now Montana Western). That 1984 team will enter the Butte Sports Hall of Fame in June.

Connor Sullivan’s sister, Mikayla, plays volleyball at Montana Tech. Last fall she started as a true freshman.
