Spring game, kids clinic on tap at Tech

The Montana Tech spring football season comes to a close this weekend with the Green and White Game. The Oredigger offense and defense square off against each other this Saturday starting at 1 p.m. at Alumni Coliseum.

A number of other activities associated with the football and athletic programs are slated for Saturday as well. The Oredigger football team is hosting a youth clinic following the scrimmage. The free clinic is instructed by Montana Tech coaches and student-athletes. Contact assistant head coach Doug Schleeman at 496-4768 for more information about the clinic.

The Touchdown Club is hosting a free barbecue after the scrimmage. Tickets to Saturday’s festivities are only $5 for adults and children are free. Tickets are available at the gate only.

The annual Digger Athletic Association Udder Insanity Raffle starts at noon. One lucky person will win $10,000 if the bull marks their spot. Raffle tickets are still available by contacting the Digger Athletic Association at 496-4105.
