The Headframe Hoops Girls’ Basketball Camp will take place June 13-16 at Butte High School. The camp, which is run by the Butte High girls’ basketball program, is for girls entering first through 12th grades in the fall. Click here for more information or to register.

The Highland View Golf Course will hold golf camps this summer. The first session will run June 15, 22 and 29. The second session will be July 13, 20 and 27. The camps are for boys and girls age 7 through 15. Click here for more information.

Butte-Silver Bow Parks and Recreation and the Skyhawks Sports Academy will partnership to offer a series of skill-based youth sports this summer. Camps will be held for flag football, soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis and volleyball. Click here for more information.

The Butte Lacrosse Club will host a camp June 14-16 at the Jeremy Bullock Complex. The camp is for boys and girls fourth through eighth grade, and it will run from 9 to 11 a.m. each day. Cost is $30 for non-members and $20 for members. That price includes a T-shirt. Lacrosse sticks will be provided, but campers can bring their own, too. Butte Central’s Boys’ Basketball Camp will run June 20-23 at the Maroon Activities Center. The camp is open to boys entering third through eight grade, and it will be run by the state champion Butte Central boys’ coaches and players. Click here for more information or to register.

The Colt Anderson Dream Big Foundation will hold the 2022 Dream Big Montana Experience June 23-24 in Butte. The foundation will hold a series of events over those two days. Events include a skills camp, which is free to boys and girls from kindergarten through eighth grade. It also includes a speaking engagement, a free kids’ day full of activities and experiences, and a gala filled with special guests and “amazing” auction items. The event is planned and organized with the idea of providing resources and experiences that will encourage kids to work hard and dram big. Past events have included Olympic athletes and NFL players. Ryan Jensen, a Super Bowl-winning center for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, participated in the first two events. Former Navy SEAL Rob O’Neill has also been a guest.

The skills camp will run from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 23. That will be followed with live music and a Keith Sayers Freestyle Motocross Show uptown. On Friday, June 24, the Family Fun Day will be held from noon through 3 p.m. at the Butte Civic Center. The gala will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Copper King Hotel.
