The Butte High volleyball program’s High School VVA Skills Camp will be held July 29-31. Butte High also set up its strength and conditioning summer workouts program and scheduled open gym and skill work.

Montana Western’s Cross Country Camp will be held July 6-8. The camp will focused around getting outside and running to mountain lakes in the beautiful surroundings of southwest Montana. While camp will have a strong emphasis on training and running, we will have free time to enjoy the great outdoors and the mountains. Other activities will include low ropes courses, folf, goal setting, and guest speakers.

The Mile High Football Camp for grades fourth through eighth will be held July 8-10 at Naranche Stadium. Cost of the camp is $30 for one, $40 for two or $50 for three or more. The camp runs each day from 9 to 11 a.m.

The camp will focus on fundamental skills instruction and conducted by Butte High players and coaches. Click here for a registration form.

The Mile High Wrestling Camp will be held July 17-19 at the Butte High wrestling room. The camp is for wrestlers 5 years of age through seniors in high school.

Butte High’s coaching staff will conduct the camp along with Bryon Hallock of Glasgow and Butte Sports Hall of Famer Mark Johnston. Cost is $35, and discounts are available for families with more than one wrestler attending. Click here for more information and a registration form.

The Montana East-West Shrine Game will hold a Little Guy Football Camp July 20 on Montana Tech’s Bob Green Field.

The camp will follow the parade and is the day of the Shrine Game. Registration begins at 11 a.m. at the camp site. Cost is $25, and that includes a T-shirt and a ticket to the Shrine Game.

The camp is for boys and girls entering fourth through eighth grade in the fall. Offensive and defensive skills will be emphasized with Butte High and Butte Central coaches conducting the camp along with several current and former college football players.

Butte Central’s Champions Football Camp for boys entering the second through 12th grades will be held July 22-25 in Butte.  The camp will be held on Torger Oaas Maroon Field at the Maroon Activities Center.  The camp will be staffed by the Butte Central Coaches and several former Maroon players, who are now in college programs.

The camp for the seventh through 12th graders will be held Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 8 p.m. each evening. The camp for younger players will be held Tuesday through Thursday morning from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

The camp will focus on fundamentals by position, team development and fun.  The cost the younger camp will be $25. The older camp will cost $50. Discounted rates will be offered for families with more than one camper. For more information on the camp or to register a camper, call the Butte Central Development Office at 723-6706.  Campers may register in advance or just prior to the first camp session.

Butte High’s 2019 Mile High Soccer Camp will be held July 22-25 at the Jeremy Bullock Soccer Complex.

The city-wide developmental soccer camp is for players entering kindergarten through ninth grade. It will run from 5 to 8 p.m. each night. The camp will be conducted by the Butte High coaching staff.

Cost is $60 for players entering kindergarten through third grades and $70 for players from fourth through ninth grades. Click here for more information and a registration form.

The Montana Western Bulldog Volleyball program will host multiple camps this summer. The Individual camp runs July 26-27. It is open to girls entering grades 7-12 in Fall 2019. Team camp is open to any high school varsity or junior varsity programs.

The individual camp is open to players of all skill levels. Each session will focus on the fundamentals and technical skills at each position. There will be six-on-six play opportunities throughout the duration of the camp.

The team camp is designed to give high school Varsity and Junior Varsity teams an opportunity to play and work together prior to the high school season. This camp will operate in tournament format, allowing each team to play as many games as possible in the two days. Click here for more information and to register.

The Montana Tech Volleyball Elite Camp will be held July 28-30 at the HPER Complex. The camp is designed to take a player’s (9-12 grade) game to the next level. Emphasis will be placed on developing high level skills while receiving individualized instruction from the Tech coaching staff and players. Click here for more information and to sign up.

Mining City FC is hosting a Challenger International soccer camp July 29 to Aug. 2 at the Jeremy Bullock Soccer Complex.  The camp is open to ages 3 to 14 and players have a choice of half or full day sessions.

The International Camp combines Brazilian and British soccer programs for a wide variety of soccer practices.  Included with registration is a soccer ball and T-shirt.  Click here for more information and to register.
