Four women’s teams and three men’s teams from the Frontier Conference will play at the NAIA National tournament starting next week.
The tournament pairings were released Wednesday night.
MSU-Northern (23-8), Carroll College (22-8) and the University of Great Falls (22-10) will join Frontier Conference champion Lewis-Clark State (25-6) in the women’s tournament, which will be played at the Silverstein Eye Center Arena in Independence, Missouri.
Montana Western (19-12), Carroll College (21-9) and league champion Lewis-Clark State (28-4) will play in the men’s tournament at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri.
The Bulldogs will open against 27-6 William Penn (Iowa) on Wednesday. On Thursday, Carroll will take on 22-10 Peru State (Nebraska), while L-C State battles 21-12 Xavier (Louisiana).
On the women’s side, Northern takes on 26-6 Benedictine (Kansas) on Wednesday. On the same day, L-C State will play 20-8 Oklahoma City.
On Thursday, Carroll plays 26-7 Freed-Hardeman (Tennessee), and Great Falls faces 24-6 Central Methodist (Missouri).
