DILLON — Montana Western men’s basketball coach Steve Keller announced today the signing of Zaccheus Darko-Kelly to an NAIA Letter of Intent.
“We are excited that Zaccheus has signed a letter of intent to join the Bulldog basketball program next year,” Keller commented. “Zaccheus is a 6-foot-3 guard with length and athleticism who can shoot the three or attack the rim off the dribble.”
In his senior season at Sentinel High School in Missoula, Darko-Kelly was named first-team all-conference and earned All-State honors after averaging 15.8 points per game, 5 rebounds per game, 2.87 assists pre game and 2.04 steals per game.
Darko-Kelly is the son of Melissa Darko and has yet to declare a field of study at Montana Western.
“We feel that his best years on the basketball court are ahead of Zaccheus, and we are excited to watch him develop,” Keller said.
