The touchdown was the first of the Bridgewater, who completed 14 of 30 passes for 167 yards.
The ground game did the heavy lifting for the Saints, who racked up 343 yards on the ground. Matthew Burgess ran for 183 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries. Major Ali added 107 yards on 20 rushes, while Bridgewater ran nine times for 53 yards.
Jon Jund passed for 161 yards and two touchdowns for the Bulldogs. He hit Nate Simkins and Trey Mounts for scores. Jund also ran for 97 yards and two scores.
The Saints improved to 3-3 with the victory. They will head to Rocky Mountain College and MSU-Northern the next two weeks. The Bulldogs (4-2) are home the next two weeks, against Northern then Rocky.
