The nation’s first college football game of the season will be played in Miles City.
Rocky Mountain College and Jamestown College break the seal at 6 p.m. Friday in a non-conference game at Connors Stadium.
The Battlin’ Bears are coming off a 6-5 season. They went 5-5 and placed fourth in the Frontier Conference. The Jimmies were 4-6.
Montana Tech and Montana Western open the season Sept. 7. The rest of the Frontier teams begin play next week.
