Rocky men bounce Dawgs

BILLINGS — Five Rocky Mountain College players scored in double figures as the Battlin’ Bears bounced back in a big way Tuesday night.

One night after falling 73-64 (stats) at the Fortin Center, Rocky rolled to an 83-59 victory over the Bulldogs. (Stats)

Maxim Stephans scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead Rocky (1-1). Kelson Eiselein scored 15 in the win, while Kevin Fassu scored 12, and Darius Henderson and Sam Vining each tossed in 10.

Michael Haverfield scored 13 points and pulled down seven rebounds to lead the Bulldogs (2-2, 1-2). Jamal Stephenson, Tanner Haverfield, Colter Miller and Treyton Paxton each scored seven points, and Max Clark and Carlos Allen each tossed in six.

The Bulldogs will be home Saturday and Sunday to take on MSU-Northern. The Bears head to Butte to take on Montana Tech.
