BELGRADE — The Butte Muckers’ 2015 baseball season ended with an 11-1 loss to the Helena Reps Friday morning at the Southern A District tournament.
Caleb Jackson the distance, striking out eight and scattering six hits to lead the Reps. The game was called after eight innings by the 10-run rule.
Colin Sassano and Ray Moore each drove in three runs to lead the Helena offense.
Alex Kober doubled in a 3-for-3 effort to lead the Muckers. He also drove in the team’s lone run. Robin Bagley, Trey Berger and Bryson Henningsen added singles for the Muckers.
