Quake storm back to top Cobras, 4-3

CODY, Wyo. — The Yellowstone Quake overcame a 3-0 deficit Saturday night to skate past the Butte Cobras 4-3 for an NA3HL Frontier Division win at the Riley Arena. (Stats)

Dylan Rumpke scored a pair of goals to lead the charge that saw Yellowstone outscore Butte 3-0 in the final period. Will Sobaski and Jack Harris also scored for Yellowstone, which improved to 4-9 with the win.

Cory Kane, Nick Bradshaw and Nikita Pinimyasov scored for Butte, which fell to 0-11. Kyler Garsjo assisted two goals for the Cobras. Jonathan Schoof, Pinimyasov, Kane and Clayton Rohner also got in on assists. Netminder Skyler Coard turned away 38 shots.

The Cobras and Quake will play again Sunday at the Riley Arena. Game time is 5 p.m. The Cobras are set to play host to Bozeman on Wednesday.
