Paulson, Shrine players on KBOW Overtime tonight

Frontier Conference Commissioner Kent Paulson and Butte players and cheerleaders selected for the 2020 Montana East-West Shrine Game will be guests on KBOW Overtime tonight.

Overtime is hosted by Paul Panisko and includes Bill Foley of Butte Sports. The show is broadcast from 7 to 9 p.m. each Wednesday at the Metals Sports Bar and Grill. Tonight’s show, however, will be broadcast from the KBOW studio.

Paulson will be on the show during the first hour to discuss the Frontier’s fall schedule changes because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pandemic also canceled this year’s Shrine game. In its place, the Butte players and cheerleaders are holding a cornhole tournament July 18 at Copper Mountain Park. All proceeds will go to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Spokane. Those players and cheerleaders will discuss the tournament in the second hour.

Listen live at 550 AM, 101.5 FM or online at kbow550.net.
