Montana Tech released its 2022 football schedule today.
The Orediggers will open the season Aug. 27 against Eastern Oregon in La Grande, Oregon. Tech’s home opener is Sept. 3 when the Orediggers welcome Carroll College to Alumni Coliseum for the Copper Game. (2022 Schedule)
Tech’s other home games are Sept. 17 against Rocky Mountain College, Oct. 1 against MSU-Northern, Oct. 22 against Southern Oregon and Nov. 5 against Montana Western.
The Orediggers will celebrate homecoming Oct. 1 against Northern and Hall of Fame weekend Oct. 22 against Southern Oregon. Senior Day will be Nov. 5 against Western.
After the season opener, road games will be Sept. 24 at Montana Western, Oct. 8 against the College of Idaho, Oct. 29 at Rocky Mountain and Nov. 12 at MSU-Northern.
Times for the games have not yet been set.
Spring practice for the Orediggers kicks off on March 25. The Spring Game is being moved to a Friday this year. The game will be in the evening on April 22. The Digger Athletic Association Miners Ball and Digger Auction is April 23.
