MISSOULA — Montana Tech’s track team posted some solid performances Saturday as they competed at the University of Montana’s Tom Cage Classic at Dornblaser Field. (Results)

Eight Orediggers finished in the top four in the final meet of the regular season.

Natylia Jacobson ran to second in the 100 meters, and Becca Richtman finished second in the 1,500 to lead the Tech women. Abby Clark placed third in the high jump.

Hailey Nielson (5,000), Olleca Severson (400 hurdles), Naiya Beaudin (triple jump) and Jenna Jordan (javelin) each placed fourth. Drake Schlachter finished third in the lone jump to lead the Oredigger men.

The NAIA National Championships are set for May 25-27 Gulf Shores, Alabama.
