Orediggers fall to No. 11

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Montana Tech fell six spots to No. 11 in the latest NAIA Football Coaches’ Top 25 Poll, which was released this afternoon.

The drop comes two days after Tech’s 42-35 loss to Montana Western in Dillon.

Lindsey Wilson (Kentucky) moved into Tech’s former spot at No. 5. Saint Francis (Indiana) remains at No. 1, followed by Baker (Kansas), Reinhardt (Georgia) and Morningside (Iowa).

Eastern Oregon moved up one spot to No. 7. The Raiders and Orediggers are the only Frontier Conference teams in the top 25. Western and Rocky Mountain College both received votes.

Tech plays at Carroll College this week, while Western heads to the College of Idaho.
