Montana Tech women’s basketball head coach Carly Sanon announced the signing of Florence’s Kasidy Yeoman today.
“We are excited Kasidy is joining the Oredigger Family,” the coach said in a statement.
Yeoman, a two-time all-conference selection and All-State performer, had a big year for Florence. The 5-foot-7 guard averaged 21.5 points and 7.5 rebounds this season. Yeoman also averaged four steals and three assists.
“She is fast and athletic and fits perfect into our style of play,” Sanon said. “She shoots the ball well from the three and has a quick first step getting to the rim. She is also a tenacious defender.”
As a junior, Yeoman averaged 10.7 points, five rebounds, three assists, and three steals.
Yeoman was also an all-conference and All-State honoree in volleyball. In softball, she was selected All-State all three year and was the conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2020.
Yeoman is a two-time Academic All-State selection. She plans on pursuing a degree in biology.
