MSU’s McGhee sidelined with shoulder injury

BOZEMAN — Montana State star quarterback DeNarius McGhee suffered a separated shoulder in Saturday’s narrow loss at SMU, the school announced today.

The Bobcats didn’t say which shoulder McGhee injured, but reports on Twitter say it was non-throwing shoulder. The school said McGhee is expected to return sometime in October.

McGhee will see his string of 40 consecutive starts end Saturday in Bozeman. Jake Bleskin, a sophomore from Great Falls, is listed as the starting quarterback for MSU’s game against Colorado Mesa.
