Montana Tech ranked six, Western 10th

Montana Tech’s football team moved up three spots to No. 6 in the latest NAIA Top 25 coaches poll, which was released today.

The move comes two days after the Orediggers knocked off then-No. 1 Southern Oregon 21-17 in Ashland, Oregon. Southern Oregon fell seven spots to No. 8.

Montana Western jumped up three spots to No. 10 leading up to Saturday’s Tech-Western game in Butte. That game will likely determine the Frontier Conference championships.
