BOZEMAN — Six Butte players smacked a pair of hits each Friday, and the Butte Miners beat the Westco Zepheyrs 13-10 at the Cody Legg Memorial Tournament.

Zach Hart, Nate LeProwse, Quin Summers, Braxton “Ax” Henningsen, Trey Berger and Justin Summers each poked a pair of singles in Butte’s 14-hit attack.

Trey Hoagland and Dyllan “Kruk” Lane each added a hit in the win.

LeProwse pitched four innings in relief to get the win. Hoagland pitched an inning for the save.

The Miners, who are 1-2 on the tournament, will play the Twin City Titans at 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Sunday’s play depends on seeding.
