The Butte Miners got right back on track and started a new streak, they defeated the American Legion Post Bandits by a score of 5-2. Kenley Leary went 2-3, he scored 2 runs and had one base on balls. Kevin Donaldson went 2-4 and scored a run. He also notched 2 RBI’s. Cayde Stajcar was 2-3 with two RBI’s.
The second game the Miners beat the Lethbridge Legion A Miners by a score of 5-3. Rye Doherty was 2-3 with 2 RBI’s. Ethan Cunnigham pitched a complete game with 8 K’s and the win.
The Miners will return home to action after a long break and cancellations tonight in a double header against Anaconda at 3 Legends Stadium and tomorrow against Belgrade for another double header.
