Maroons to host the undefeated Blue Devils for Homecoming

Butte Central will host Corvallis this week for homecoming at Bob Green Field. The Maroons are coming off a loss against Polson where they dominated plays ran 81-65, they had 21 first downs to Polsons 19, they had 3 fewer penalties and 80 less penalty yards the only thing thing that didn’t favor the Maroons was the 42-20 final score.

Polson scored 21 second quarter points to take a commanding lead to the half and they never looked back. Jack Keeley was 24/35 for 199 yards and 1 pick, but rushed for 3 touchdowns as well, carrying the ball 24 times for 93 yards. Justice

Big man Zane Moodry caught 9 balls for 55 yards and continues to be a big target and put up big numbers for Butte Central.

They face an undefeated Corvallis Blue Devils team that has outscored their opponents 93-6 in 3 games played. They are led by junior Ayden Mayn who has completed 38 of 67 passes with 6 touchdowns and 4 interceptions this season.

Junior Logan Avery leads the team with 94 yards rushing this season, he also has 2 total touchdowns.
