Maroons bow out at divisionals

CORVALLIS — Butte Central’s volleyball season came to an end Friday afternoon with a 25-21, 25-15, 25-23 loser-out loss to Dillon in the Southwestern A Divisional tournament.

Senior Sadie Harrington tallied seven kills to lead the Maroons in her final match in a BC uniform.

Teresa Piazzola and Sierra Pica each tallied four kills, while freshman Emily St. John served up 19 assists.

Cassidy McGree closed out her BC volleyball career with 16 digs. Lacey McGree blocked five shots, while Shawnee Hjelt hit the floor for eight digs.
