The Butte Central Volleyball team notched it’s first Southwestern A Conference win tonight in Dillon. The Maroon’s won a tough defensive battle 3-1 over the host Beavers, taking their conference record to 1-2.
Coach Becky Hancock called it a great team win “The girls played with grit tonight. They left it all out there on the court, & never gave up. It was a defensive battle tonight. Dillon is a great defensive team, & we battled right back with them. We kept our composure in tight situations, & I really think that was key to our success. Every one stepped up when they needed to, & did their part. It was a great team win”.
