BOZEMAN — Golfers from Livingston shot the low scores Tuesday at the Belgrade JV Invitational at the Valley View Golf Course. (Results)
Rangers Danyk Jacobson and Houstan Dunn tied for the low score at 77 on the par-72 course. Teammate Chance Marshall placed third at 78, while Livingston Aubrey Kelley tied Bozeman’s Broderick for fourth at 81.
Team scores were not kept in the tournament.
Butte High sent six boys to the tournament. Gavin Roesti shot a 93 to lead the way. Trystyn King shot a 100, while Zach Sawyer and Rider Montgomery each shot a 106. Also for Butte High, Wyatt Blakeley hit 108, and Torsten Anderson shot 105.
Sam Henderson hit a 107 for Butte Central. Teammate Nick Lester carded a 134.
Elsa Cajune of Livingston shot an 86 to top the field on the girls’ side. Teammate Jessica Gubler took second at 93, two shots better than Natalie Weaver of Bozeman. Ashlan Mortensen of Livingston placed fourth at 96.
