Toyota of Butte 7, Universal Athletic (MH) 4
Chase Choquette and Jim Bradshaw both had strong pitching performances for UAS and Zeke Merrick chipped in with a double and two RBI. No game log was reported by Toyota of Butte.

9-10 Major Baseball
First Citizens Bank 22, Pepsi 1
Sterling Tymofichuk had a double, leading First Citizens bank to their first win of the 2015 season. Tanner Hansen chipped in with a single, and Bradley Adreon reached base twice. Pespi was led by Kaden McGillen’s four strikeouts, Cameron Tobiness’ solid catching and Jonas Sherman’s pitching.

Dennehy Flooring 17, Universal Athletic (NW) 11
Trey Hansen led off the game with a booming triple and scored three runs, Derek “Jeter” Dunmire recorded six strikeouts and Kennedy Long had a two run triple in Universal’s loss. No game log was reported by Dennehy Flooring.

Pioneer Technical 12, Air Exchange Oxygen 0
Jack Prigge pitched a shortened completed game shutout and also helped his cause with a double. Other standouts for Pioneer Technical include Luke Verlanic, who played great defense, and Jack Keeley, who had a double and a single. Justin Belisario had a great game behind the dish, John McCarthy played awesome defense and Cohwen Houchin pitched well in relief for Air Exchange.

Glacier Bank 13, Deer Lodge Logging 1
Tucker Sawtell stole home for Glacier Bank, Jack Akey had four strikeouts in just two innings, and Jackson Franks had the final putout of the game. No game log was reported by Deer Lodge Logging.

Driscoll Drug 6, Glacier Bank 18
Jack Akey smoked a double down the third baseline, Kade Corcoran had three huge hits and Rye Doherty had six “K’s” and Glacier Bank cruised to victory. No game log was reported by Driscoll Drug.

McGreeTrucking 8, First Citizens Bank 13
Gavin Vetter and Eric Loos were both a triple short of the cycle and Braxton Batterman reached base twice in First Citizens victory. Tyson Zeren pitched two strong innings to keep his team in the game while Alex Watson drove in three runs. Kale McDonald had three hits and scored two runs for McGree.


McGree Trucking 11, Hanging Five 8
Anthony Knott notched six big strikeouts, Lance Wyatt wore his running shoes swiping six bases and Cody Beckler hit a two-run triple for Hanging Five. The McGree Trucking win was aided by great pitching by Taylor Parks, great defense by Tyler Stodden Collin Constantine had two stellar at-bats.


11-12 Major Baseball
Lisac’s 11, Gilman’s 6
Brady Maloughney made a SportsCenter worthy catch, Anthony Liva tripled to break up a no-hitter and Tucker “Light Tower Power” blasted a homerun for Gilman’s. But all of that wasn’t enough thanks to the pitching of Bode Jensen, defense of Tanner Compton and a huge home run by Wolf Doty-Bagel as Lisac’s came out on top.


Royce’s 13, Deer Lodge Starr Dental 4
Aiden Pezdark earned the win striking out four batters, Ethan McGillen had a perfect 3-for-3 afternoon and Rylan Richards had two hits (double, homerun) and drove in four runs for Royce’s. No game log was reported by Deer Lodge Starr Dental.


Royce’s 9, Yates Body Shop 5
Royce’s used a six run sixth inning to earn a come from behind win against Yates. Conner St. Pierre drove had two RBI in the sixth and final frame to key his team to victory, Kyler Raiha had two hard hits and scored two runs And Ian Williams used his “Gold Glove” to record the final two outs of the thrilling Royce’s win. No game log was reported by Yates Body Shop.


9-10 Girls Softball
Pioneer Savings and Loan 0, Bagdad Shrine 6
Gianna Liva’s pitching performance earned her the win, Jayna Dixon had two base knocks, and Aunika LeProwse had herself a day on defense as the Bagdad Shrine earned a hard fought shutout. No game log was reported by Pioneer Savings and Loan.


11-12 Girls Softball
Universal Athletic 10, Planet Beach 21
Maci Reopelle led the way for Planet Beach ripping a triple, Aubree Corcoran pitched a gem and Rylinn Mullaney was a standout on defense. Chloe Carpenter turned a triple play for UAS, Jycee Burke hit a big double and Kennady Hepola’s pitching was excellent.


Planet Beach 14, Univeral Athletic 4
Planet Beach took both ends of the double-header behind the hitting of Trisha Ericson (two singles), Beth Sampson (double) and Brooke McGrath (single). Universal received hits from Pieper Dunmire and Gracie LeProwse, along with great defense from Kyra Bragg.
