The Butte High Lady Bulldogs earned a complete sweep of the Hellgate Knights Thursday night in Missoula, varsity went 5 games. Hellgate won the first game 25-19, while Butte battled back and won game two 25-20 and game 3 25-23, Hellgate would notch things up at two games apiece and Butte prevailed 19-17 in game 5.
Taylor Drakos had (7) Aces while Cadence Graham had (5) for a combined total between the two players of (12) of the teams (19) Aces. Mickenzie McIntyre had 12 kills and Sophia Gransberry had 8 as the two combined for 20 of the team’s 41 Kills. Mackenzie Hansen (29) and Jaycee Cleveland (25) led Butte High in digs out of the teams 108 total, Jaycee also had (32) assists of the Dogs (42.)
Butte earns their first win and sweep of the season in 5 hard fought games.
