BOZEMAN — Riley McDonnell held the Butte Muckers to just two hits in five plus innings of work Saturday as Medicine Hat picked up a 9-1 win at the Howard Rein tournament.
Colby Futrell, who doubled, and Connor McCurdy each smacked two hits, while Ryan Fauth drove in three runs to lead the Knights offense.
Guy St. John and Koby Doherty smacked hits for the Muckers. Both were singles.
The tournament concludes Sunday. The Miners play at 4:30 p.m.
