The Knights of Columbus Athletic Club’s Little Kid Hoops program will begin Saturday, April 17 at the KC’s Felix Madrazo Gym.
The younger group, aimed at children in Kindergarten through Second grade, will run from 9-10:30. Younger children are welcome, as long as they’re comfortable with playing. This group plays on hoops lowered to 8 feet.
The older division, for children in third through fifth grade, runs from 10:30 a.m. to noon. This group plays on the regulation baskets.
The season will be approximately 5 weeks. There is no cost to play and no registration necessary. Children can show up week to week at the appropriate time. Parents are invited to watch from the court or up on the track.
