The Frontier Conference loss was the sixth straight for the Oredigger women’s basketball team.
Rocky outscored Tech 12-9 in overtime after the teams ended regulation play tied at 59.
Jones was one of four players to reach double figures scoring for the No. 15 Bears (10-4, 20-4). Markaela Francis scored 12, while Hailee Farstveet and Alecia Chamberlin each tossed in 10.
Kourtney Coverdell came off the bench to score 21 points to lead the Orediggers. Kaylee Zard, who got the start along with fellow senior Shay Potter, scored 10 points and grabbed 18 rebounds.
Tech also got nine points apiece from Sammy McGree and Kaylynn Coverdell, six from Monica Landdeck and Potter, five from Hanna Sparks and two from Hailey Crawford.
Freshmen Mollie Peoples and Mesa Williams also played for the Orediggers (3-11, 13-13).
The Orediggers are back on the road Wednesday when they take on Montana Western in Dillon.
