ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque catcher Tim Federowicz hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the 10th inning Wednesday as the Isotopes beat the Memphis Redbirlds 6-4 in a Pacific Coast League game.
Redbirds catcher Johnson went 2 for 3 with a double, walk, RBI and run scored. The Butte native’s batting average sits at .190. In 18 games, Jonson is 11 for 58 with two home runs, four RBIs, a double and seven runs scored.
At 13-12, the Redbirds are one game behind first-place Omaha in the American Northern Division.
The Redbirds and Isotopes conclude their four-game set tonight. Memphis then heads to Omaha for four games.
