Horseheads snap skid with win over Tommyknockers

CASPER, Wyo. — The Casper Horseheads picked up their first home win of the season Friday night.

Casper snapped a four-game losing streak to top the Mining City Tommyknockers 9-5 in an Expedition League game at Mike Lansing Field.

The game kicked off a three-game series between the teams. They will play again Saturday and Sunday.

The Knockers, who fell to 9-6 on the season, will be back at home Tuesday to take on the Spearfish Sasquatch.
