FRENCHTOWN — Butte Central freshman James Holmes will be going to the All-Class State wrestling tournament.
Holmes qualified sixth at 126 pounds at the Western A Divisional tournament.
The Maroon opened with a win to advance to the quarterfinals. After heading to the consolation side, Homes beat Jeames Kenelty of Ronan 9-2 to secure his trip to Billings. He ended up losing by pin to Blake Hoerner of Columbia Falls in the fifth-place match.
The top eight wrestlers from each weight class move on.
