BOZEMAN – Bozeman served up 11 aces Thursday night, as the Hawks knocked off Butte High 3-0 in an Eastern AA volleyball match.
The scores were 25-16, 27-25 and 25-18.
Amy Davis’s 11 kills paced the Hawks, who got eight kills and four aces from Morgan D’Agostino.
Jessie Buckley smacked seven kills and three aces to pace the Bulldogs, who fell to 2-4 in conference play. Carlie Haeffner added five kills and four blocks, while Sammy McGree collected 19 digs. Hattie Thatcher chipped in with 15 digs.
The Bulldogs have a week off to regroup. The team’s next match is next Thursday at Great Falls High.
