MISSOULA — Butte High graduate Hailey Hoagland finished in a fourth-place tie at the Montana State Women’s Amateur golf tournament.
The three-day tournament concluded Thursday at the Canyon River Golf Club.
Dorsey Addicks ran away with the title, shooting a 2-over-par 218 for the 54-hole tournament. The Gallatin Gateway golfer shot a first-round 68 on the par-72 course.
Lindsay Reeve of Missoula and Cathie Williamson of Great Falls tied for second at 228. Hoagland and Glendive golfer Katy Peterson tied for fourth.
Hoagland, a sophomore on the University of Montana golf team, shot a final-round 74 after opening the tournament at 77-78.
Park City’s Kyla Clancy, last year’s winner, placed seventh at 235. Butte’s Shaelyn Hafer tied for 23rd at 253.
