Greger, Diggers drop Yotes

CALDWELL, Idaho — Adam Greger scored 27 points and Daniel Simon tossed in 16 Monday night as the Montana Tech men’s basketball team knocked off the College of Idaho 73-69 in a non-conference game.

The win put the Orediggers at 9-6 overall as they head back into Frontier Conference play Thursday at home against Montana Western.

Brandon Rydberg scored eight points, while Bryan Bock tallied seven points to go along with 10 rebounds and four assists in the victory. Also, Travis Peevey scored six points, Roman Pruneda-Garza and Quinn Smith each scored four, and Tanner Neuman scored one.

Taylor Pruett scored 19 points to lead four Yotes in double figures. The College of Idaho fell to 7-9 overall.
