RONAN — Macee Greenwood had another pretty good week.
Two days after winning the Missoula Invitational, the Corvallis senior fired a 3-under-par 69 at the Mission Mountain Golf Club to easily win the Ronan Golf Tournament on Thursday.
Greenwood is the reigning Class A state champion.
Katie Lewis of Frenchtown placed a distant second with an 80. Aly Rose of Hamilton took third at 84, and Polson’s Ashley Maki finished fourth at 85.
Polson won the girls’ title with a 386, beating Hamilton by two shots.
Christian Lund of Polson matched par with a 72 to win medalist honors on the boys’ side. He edged teammate Hunter Emerson by one shot. Cole Dickemore of Hamilton and Torren Ellis of Polson tied for third at 74.
With three players in the top four, and Carson Hupka shooting a 79, the Pirates went low to win the boys’ team race with a 298. Hamilton took second at 316, followed by Whitefish at 342.
Sam Henderson carded a 107 to lead Butte Central. Nick Lester shot a 134.
